When purchasing a tier on YourChoiceAI.com, users receive a set number of usage credits, which can be redeemed for prompt generations, insights, or other AI-powered services.

Each tier clearly states:

• The number of credits included
• The features accessible
• The credit consumption rate per action

Once a purchase is made, credits are applied to your account and available for immediate use.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the instant delivery and digital nature of credits, we do not offer general refunds once credits have been partially or fully used.

However, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If you purchased credits but were unable to use them due to a verified issue on our platform that we could not resolve within a reasonable time.
• Unused Credit Balance: If none of the purchased credits have been used and you request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Duplicate Charges: You were charged more than once for the same tier or transaction.

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)
• Credits associated with the refunded tier will be removed from your account

5. Tier Downgrades or Upgrades

• Upgrades: If you move to a higher tier, additional credits will be added accordingly.
• Downgrades: Downgrades are not eligible for partial refunds. You will retain access to previously purchased credits until they are used or expire (if applicable).
